Data Deletion
Last updated 5 August 2026
You can ask Unibasal to delete your data at any time. There is nothing to fill in and no account required to read this page — choose whichever of the routes below suits you, and we act on it the same day.
How to request deletion
- From your account settings — sign in and delete your account. This removes everything described below.
- Through Instagram or TikTok — remove Unibasal’s access in the platform’s own app settings. The platform notifies us, and we delete the access token we were holding and stop posting there. To close your whole Unibasal account as well, use one of the other two routes.
- By email — write to [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data.
How long it takes
We act on every deletion request the same day it reaches us. Your access tokens for every connected platform — Instagram and TikTok — are deleted first, before anything else, so we can no longer post on your behalf.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your account and email, your photo and every video made from it, the consent record attached to that photo, your Instagram and TikTok connections and account identifiers, every performance figure we read back from those platforms, and the identifiers and captions of the posts we published. The full breakdown of what is removed and the small amount of fully anonymised, non-identifying data we keep is in our Privacy Policy.
