Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026

What the service does

Unibasal writes, produces, and publishes short vertical videos for your business on a daily schedule, to the accounts you connect — currently Instagram and TikTok. The videos are AI-generated from a photo you provide and a script we write. Once you finish setting up, the service runs without asking you anything — there is no approval step, and videos are published without waiting for you.

That is the product working as designed, not an oversight. If you want to review each video before it goes out, this is not the right service for you.

What you are telling us

By uploading a photo you confirm it is of you, or that you have written permission from the person shown, and that you agree to us generating AI video using that likeness for content posted to your connected accounts. By connecting an Instagram or TikTok account you confirm you are entitled to post to it, and you authorise us to publish to it on your behalf until you disconnect it.

Your accounts stay subject to the rules of the platform they are on. Using Unibasal does not exempt you from Instagram’s or TikTok’s terms and community guidelines, and where those are stricter than these terms, they win.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your business. We write from it, and a claim we repeat because you gave it to us is still your claim.

What we are responsible for

We check each video is the right length and shape for where it is going — Instagram Reels and TikTok — before publishing, and we set the platform’s AI-content disclosure on every post. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, or any business outcome.

Occasionally a video will fail to produce, or Instagram or TikTok will refuse a post. When that happens the day is recorded as missed and the schedule continues. We will tell you. What a platform accepts, how it ranks a post, and whether it keeps it up are its decisions, not ours, and a platform can change its rules or withdraw our access at any time.

Your content

You own the videos we make for you and the posts they become. You give us permission to produce and publish them on your behalf for as long as your account is open.

Ending it

You can disconnect Instagram or TikTok on its own at any time, either from your settings here or by removing our access in that platform’s own app settings; we stop posting there and delete the token we were holding. You can delete your whole account at any time from your settings. Deletion stops production immediately and removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is using the service to publish content that breaks Instagram’s or TikTok’s rules or the law.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
